History:
We have been serving Dallas and adjacent areas since 1980. The original company was founded by the Payne family in 1950. Cleo became CEO of the Tyler Board of Realtors® in 1959 and retired as CEO and Executive Vice President in 1991. Pascale Payne is the Relocation Specialist for National and International Clientelle. The Dallas Realty office is now managed by Mike.
