At our first meeting, she gave us a helpful pamphlet and walked us through the process. Every step of the way she kept us informed as to what was going on and what would happen next, always being very helpful and responsive to all our questions. There was never any pressure, and she really helped us make informed decisions.

We actually worked with her for almost a whole year for 2 reasons: (1) Our price range narrowed our options somewhat - but Barbara was always happy to show us all the houses that we were interested in (2) Unfortunately we had to cancel the contract of the first home we chose. This was not Barbara's fault at all. The home was new construction and the seller was simply not able to deliver as agreed. Again we were very fortunate to have someone as experienced as Barbara to guide us through the issues we had. We were able to resolve the issues and get all our money back.

Once we finally found the perfect home Barbara helped us immensely, patiently working through some issues that came up, and getting us moved in.

We are very happy with our new home and very happy we had Barbara as our agent! We would recommend her strongly to anyone!

When I decided the last minute to look for some place, I didn't have any clue who I should turn to. What I did was to email my friends to see whether they were happy with their broker and whether they were willing to refer their broker to me. Barbara is the person who is willing to listen.
