Bill Prust was Fantastic! He sold our home three times in the span of about a week each time! The first two deals unfortunately fell through, but Bill was relentless. Each time the home was put back on the market, he called fellow agents to let them know of its availability, held an open house and advertised on the web and in magazines. He certainly earned his commission! I also learned two valuable lessons with selling homes: 1) Know what my house is worth before placing on the market, maybe hire an appraiser of my own. 2) Don't agree to a contingency unless the earnest money is designated to the seller if the sale falls thru.
