The full bathroom with tub and shower is located off the kitchen on the first floor. This rental offers a gas grill, picnic table, lawn furniture, and fire pit for your use. There is a 300 foot aluminum dock and boat lift for up to 21 foot boat. There is no cable/satellite service or washer and dryer at this rental. This rental is located off of Route 394 on the west side of Chautauqua Lake. From Route 394 turn onto Magnolia Road and go straight. House is on the left.
