We started surveying and appraising land in Georgia in 1958. Rural land is our business, especially in the Warren County, Georgia area. Our sales are nearly all rural properties; timberland, hunting land, rural lots for doublewides, recreational properties, and farms.

Nearly all of this land is undeveloped, and some of it is quite wild. We are blessed with an abundance of natural resources. Prices have risen quite steadily in recent years, and those who purchased several years ago have seen their investments appreciate quite handsomely.

Rural land values in Georgia continue to increase. Some folks buy and let their trees grow, while they work in a city somewhere. Others visit their tree farm/hunting tract regularly. Extremely high land values in North Georgia and Florida have driven many people to our lower priced area of Georgia, and I believe our land is just as good, if not better. During the past two or three years we have seen more retirement couples settling in our friendly community.
